2010 Summer Practice Schedule
6/13/2010
1st Day of Practice for Varsity/JV: August 16th, 9:00am-10:30am at Gibson Elementary
You will need: Physical & Interview, Water, and Running shoes
Optional Norwich Running summer workouts: July 5th-August 16 (Minus 7/26-8/5) on Mondays and Wednesdays at Gibson, 8:00am
Summer Running Levels:
- Level 1 Run 3-5 days per week, 20-30 minutes jogging
- Level 2 Run 4-6 days per week, 25-35 minutes easy jogging. 6 X 30 second springs during runs
- Level 3 Run 5-6 days per week, 30-45 minutes easy jogging. One day 50-60 minutes. 6 30 second springs during runs
